Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Realtevo AI Command Center (the "Platform"), operated by Surroundings Enterprise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Operational governance and day-to-day service management is conducted through Realtevo Investments LLC, our affiliated operational entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

The Platform provides artificial intelligence-powered business automation tools, including AI agent deployment and management, workflow automation, data analytics and reporting, optional integrations with third-party platforms (including Google Workspace), and customer relationship management tools. All intellectual property, software, algorithms, and proprietary systems contained within the Platform are the exclusive property of Surroundings Enterprise LLC.

3. Google Account Integrations

The Platform lets you optionally connect a Google account to enable specific features across Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides. Each service is requested separately and only with your explicit authorization through Google's consent screen.

By connecting a Google service, you authorize the Platform to access and act on the data covered by the scopes you approved, solely to perform the feature you requested (for example, sending an email you asked an agent to send, or writing a report to a spreadsheet). You may revoke this authorization at any time from Dashboard → Integrations or from your Google Account settings.

Our collection, use, and storage of data obtained through Google integrations is governed by our Privacy Policy, including the Limited Use disclosure required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Surroundings Enterprise LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform, or any connected Google service, to:

• Generate or send harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Impersonate any individual or entity without authorization
• Conduct illegal activity or violate any applicable law or third party's policies, including Google's
• Access or attempt to access data outside the scope you were granted
• Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our software or AI models

6. Payment and Billing

Service fees are as described in your selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failure to maintain current payment information may result in service interruption.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform, and disconnect any Google integration, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, any Google account connections are deactivated and the associated tokens are deleted or scheduled for deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surroundings Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any connected third-party service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
