Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Realtevo AI (operated by Surroundings Enterprise LLC, with operational governance conducted through Realtevo Investments LLC — together, "Realtevo AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Realtevo AI Command Center (the "Platform"). It applies to every visitor and account holder, including anyone who connects a Google account to the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Account and contact information (name, email address, phone number)
- Business information (company name, industry, size)
- Usage data and product analytics
- Payment and billing information
- Support and account communications
- Data from third-party accounts you choose to connect, such as Google (see Section 3)
3. Google User Data
Connecting Google to Realtevo AI is entirely optional and is requested one service at a time, so you approve only the access a feature actually needs. The table below lists each Google service we support, what we request, and why:

We only request the Google service you explicitly choose to connect from your dashboard. Disconnecting a service (Section 6) immediately stops all further access for that service.
4. How We Use Google User Data — Limited Use Disclosure
Realtevo AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve the specific, user-facing feature you requested (for example, drafting an email you asked the platform to send, or saving a report you asked it to export to Sheets).
- We do not sell Google user data to any third party.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalized/interest-based advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized (non-personalized) AI or machine-learning models.
- Human access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary for security, legal compliance, or with your consent to resolve a support request.
5. How We Use Your Information (General)
Beyond Google user data, we use information you provide to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process transactions and send related notices
- Send technical alerts, updates, and security notifications
- Respond to your requests and support inquiries
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve reliability
- Protect against fraudulent or unauthorized activity
6. Data Storage, Security & Disconnecting
Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and stored separately from your general account data. Tokens are only decrypted in memory, at the moment a request is made, to call the relevant Google API on your behalf.
You can disconnect any connected Google service at any time from Dashboard → Integrations. Disconnecting immediately stops future access; we recommend also reviewing and revoking Realtevo AI's access from your Google Account permissions page.
To request deletion of your Google user data or any other personal information we hold, email us at jose@realtevoai.com and we will delete it, except where we are required to retain records for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Platform, under confidentiality obligations
- Law enforcement, when required by law
- Affiliated entities, including Realtevo Investments LLC, for operational purposes
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Disconnect any Google (or other third-party) integration at any time
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
